  • Free shipping is available on orders above 1000 within India.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
  • International shipping times may vary based on the destination country, ranging from 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing and courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package online.
  • You can also log in to your CozThread account to check the status of your order.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

6. Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a solution, including reshipping the product or issuing a refund.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
