Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Please ensure the receipt or proof of purchase is available for processing your return.

Non-returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Any product that has been used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, you can return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
